yesterday a lot of pieces of our 60's style show bike-land speed racer are back from polishing-chrome.so,we've very few days to build up the bike,she'll be on display at verona bike expo from january 23th....

 we started at 15.30 with a bunch of pieces....

left to right: std performance valve from kpmi,modified exhaust,modified intake

 clearly visible back cut.

 T-shaped intake,back-cut and narrowed to 080 valve seat area to maximise flow.and a lot of weight removed too.

reliefs.about .100 ex and .120 intake.

machined gasket surface for best squish.

ported and partially re-shaped ports,bowl-enlarged and blended to valve seat.

a lot of well worth job.

....porting monday:done. kustom intake & manifold: done.

 kustom manifold,kr sized,manufactured for S&S super "b" carb ready and chromed.....beeeeeeefy!!!!
